Stun Knife Type : Tactical Knife A small knife that Tomoko created, infused with a mechanical switch, that when pressed, releases an electrical surge, temporarily paralyzing the victim.. however, this electrical charge takes a while to recharge, but the weapon itself is made from a light and durable metal, and can be hidden virtually anywhere. Tomoko usually keeps this on her as a method of combat, along with her stealth gear, she would become the first tactical ninja, rather than using outright force to annihilate her targets. PVP Effect : Small weapon damage +2, -2 Small Weapon Penalities (Not Dual Wield). May send an electrical shock through a target to paralyze them for 1d4 rounds or until hit. 3 Round Cooldown

"Octo-Camo" Stealth Suit (Discounted - 25 Tokens) Type : Light Armor Created using the idea of active camouflage from the octopus, the "Octo-Camo" suit has a threaded design in which has specific detailed technology, allowing it to literally replicate whatever the user is pressed against after a full three seconds, giving an instant camouflage. It creates the illusion of invisibility, and easily hides the wearer from any and all sight, including chakra sight, giving them a perfect cover. Created by Tomoko of the Sand Village, she decided she needed a method of becoming a shinobi, something that would enhance her combat skills, considering she had no unique trait, or special training. However, her genius mind and aptitude for becoming a shinobi helped her create this suit. PVP Effect : +50 hide, may hide up to two additional times during combat, +2 defense.

"Silent Hunter" Stealth Gear Type : Mechanical Device Tomoko created a second item to go along with her "Octo-Camo" suit, that creates a small barrier around herself, keeping anything under a certain decibel entirely silent and hushed, allowing her to cover any footstep, any splash of water, or even creak of floor boards without any trouble. Created with a metal chamber and a type of fiber within that literally 'absorbs' sound, but only to a certain decibel, allowing for speech and other 'loud' actions to be heard as usual. Tomoko's genius talent has created yet another technology that Sunagakure is proud of, rivaling that of even the STEAM unit. PVP Effect : +50 move silently, +2 when attacking while hidden.
~ History ~ Young Tomoko lived in a world of shinobi, where people used chakra for most of their needs. Whether it's to climb walls, or fight armies, they always had a method of getting around obstacles. Tomoko envied the shinobi, for she had no chakra. The Sakyuu clan never had chakra, due to being 'cursed', per the legend. They bear red eyes that mark their 'curse', however.. Tomoko was different, as her eyes were a white instead of red. She has always been different than her family, and even now... she decided to join the shinobi, something that not many Sakyuu have done in their lives. Naturally small and petite, she tries to avoid direct combat as much as possible. - Sakyuu Clan Information:
Sakyuu Clan 50 Tokens
History and Information The Sakyuu have existed for a long time, and is actually the reason why most electronics exist today. They are master inventors, and have created 90% of all machines, even a few aided in the creation of the STEAM program. Though their home is in Sunagakure, they tend to travel elsewhere to find new ideas for their inventions and to meet new people. Very friendly, the Sakyuu like seeing smiling people, and like getting the job done through teamwork... though, not all is without its drawbacks, as even though the members of the clan are geniuses, they have virtually zero chakra control, and as such, blame it on a 'legend'.
Each member has silver hair and blood red eyes that they keep hidden at all times. Going to such lengths to hide it, they would rather die than allow anyone to see their eyes. They believe that these eyes are the mark of a demon, and has sealed away each of their chakras, giving them these red eyes for everyone to see. The leader founded this clan shortly after the Senju came to exist. Though not nearly as powerful, they find other ways than manipulating their opponent with chakra in order to succeed. The Sakyuu are trained from a very young age, so that when they become shinobi, they are as skilled as any of the shinobi that can use their chakra.

Architect Masters of stone, metal, and electrical energy, the Sakyuu is an Architect capable of creating anything in their mind into existence, through the use of their tools, hard work, and genius mind. A Sakyuu's creation tends to last much longer than anything made by anyone else, and are usually very powerful if made for shinobi work. Through this, they gain deft hands, and skilled reflexes.

Tools As the Sakyuu are incapable of using chakra, they are instead allowed to create and use their own tools from an early age, giving them as much of an advantage over the field as any ninjutsuist. They are able to create 2 Custom E/D/C/B-Rank Tools, and 1 A/S-Rank Tool.
EMP Grenade Rank : E Type : Tool Amount : 1 Description : A small grenade that when detonated, releases a large electromagnetic burst that temporarily shuts down all electronics in the area. PVP : Stops electronics in the area from working for 1d4+1 rounds.
Throwing Knife Rank : D Type : Tool Amount : 5 Description : Replaces all kunai and shuriken that Tomoko owns, and are dipped in a thin layer of poison before use. Each throwing knife is jagged and are painful when striking, causing physical problems throughout. PVP : Follows kunai/shuriken rules, adds +2 poison damage.
Sleep Dart Rank : D Type : Tool Amount : 2 Description : A simple dart, laced with a poison that when enters the human body, lulls it to sleep. Very useful in combat, especially when the target doesn't see you. Fired from a dart gun. PVP : Rolled with dex, puts target to sleep for 1d4+1 rounds or until hit. Sleep is considered to be a mental stun for the purposes of breaking.
Portable Radar Rank : C Amount : 1, unlimited use. Description : A radar placed on Tomoko's gear, that allows her to read nearby targets, and accurately determine their active chakra and physical condition, as well as reveal their position. PVP : As the users's action, gains +20 to a Spot or Listen roll and allows the user to detect targets hidden through means in which they normally could not be (such as Underground Projection Fish, etc.), and read HP of each target. EMP stops this from working.
Electrical Wire Rank : C Amount : 2 Description : A metal wire that can be used to attach to a target, and send a high amount of electricity through them. The wire is durable and strong, not even able to be broken by the struggle of the opponent or a blade, however when the wire is triggered, it shatters from the force. PVP : First round stuns for 1 round. If the target fails to break free, on the second round deals 3d4 electrical damage. Turns into a normal ninja wire during the effects of an EMP.

Legendary Inventor (50 Tokens - Enhanced Clan) A Sakyuu can become legendary, by putting out tools or inventions that attracts the eyes of all. Their equipment are usually much more powerful, and never break. They earn a name for themselves as some of the most skilled inventors in the world.

Intense Training (50 Tokens - Enhanced Clan) From the age of 4, the Sakyuu has been trained and hardened to become a shinobi, as well as an inventor. By the time they become shinobi, they are already talented in their field of work, and never fail during a mission. Their training and hard work has turned them into durable warriors, with skills honed to match that of any shinobi with a bloodline.

Pact with the Demon (50 Tokens - Forbidden Clan) There are those that find a way to strike a deal with the demon that cursed the family and as such are no longer afraid of showing their red eyes. They regain the abilities to use chakra, and use this chakra to help their creation of inventions. However, this is a forbidden act, and anyone caught with the ability to use chakra is immediately exiled from the clan for having dealt with the demon.
