Unlike other types of clones, these clones are not solid clones, so they cannot do any damage or attack the Enemy PvP Effect: As long as the bunshin is maintained when being attacked the attacker must roll 1d6. Kai Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E Chakra Cost: 2 RP Description: This jutsu is a simple two handed seal and then you focus your chakra to try and break off a genjutsu. This can also be used to harmlessly break a genjutsu's effect off another target. PVP Effect: This jutsu is used without hand seals. It is the simple concentration of chakra to rippple around the body in effort to release yourself from genjutsu and other "stuns". WIS is rolled vs the attacker's initial Roll. Hyoutan: Creation Type : Ninjutsu Rank : E CP : 2 Description : This Jutsu allows for the Yuki to form basics Ice objects at will without truly focusing on any one thing in particular. PVP : RP Effect Teaching/Learning : Gained on Creation
Hyoutan: Ice Tools Type : Ninjutsu Rank : D CP : 4 Description : Forms needles freely out of Ice at will within the users hand as an unlimited supply of tools of ice, so to speak. PVP : Forms 1 Windmill Shurriken, or 3 Senbon/Kunai/Shurriken (Pick One). That gain +2 to their Damage Rolls, and gain the Wisdom Burst Damage Bonus.
Hyoutan : Ice Needle Barrage Type : Ice Ninjutsu Rank : C Chakra Cost : 5 Description : After handsealing, the Yuki creates hundreds upon thousands of ice needles, threatening to tear into the target, and anyone near them. Even as a C ranked technique, its lethality causes it to be devastating even to chuunin. PVP : AoE in melee range. Deals 3d4+1 ice damage, pierces 2 DR.
Hyoutan : Shivering Dragon Type : Ice Ninjutsu Rank : B Chakra Cost : 8 Description : After forming the needed thirty-two handseals, the Yuki forms a large ice dragon, seemingly out of the air, as the creature roars, it engulfs the target with enough force to tear through an Iron wall as though it were butter. As well, the Shivering Dragon can be used against a Water Dragon effectively. PVP : 2d10 + 1 damage, unblockable. Note : +2 to the roll if countering or being countered by the Water Dragon technique.
Hyoutan : Dance of Autumn Type : Ice Ninjutsu Rank : A Chakra Cost : 15 Description : Contrary to the name, the technique has nothing to do with Autumn at all. However, to complete the technique, Kairi drops the temperature by freezing the water particles in the air, before creating 'reflections' of herself, using the billions of tiny frozen mirrors, making it impossible to tell between her and her images. While within this, Kairi uses the mirrors to fake out their opponents, before striking them from a hidden position. PVP : Two rounds to complete. First round, create three mirror images, following Kage Bunshin rules. Second round, if not hit, Kairi deals 3d10 + 2d4 damage to a single target, piercing 3 DR. After the second round, the images vanish. Note: If hit, the Dance ends.
Hyoutan : Dance of Winter Type : Ice Ninjutsu Rank : S Chakra Cost : 20 + 2/round Description : A technique unique to Kairi, she forms a veil of snow around the area at first, to blind them. While inside this 'blizzard', Kairi uses the snow to sharpen them into thousands upon millions of ice needles, riddling her foes with them at will, making this true to its name, marking the coming of Winter. PVP : For 1d4+2 rounds, creates a blinding blizzard. Non-Yuki/Ura make a Highest Stat vs. WIS Roll, or take -3 to attack rolls for the duration. Once per round, Kairi may attack with wisdom, dealing 2d10 damage to any target.
