My name is Ryuza Nobasu. I am a Vanguard from the village on Ishiki Island looking to make a very important trade with anyone willing to make good on their end. With no prior affiliations or allegiances and very little understanding of the mainlands, I have come far to seek knowledge and training from any master that would offer it. I chose to travel to the Bloody Mist where I heard the greatest of all 'shinobi' reside. Unfortunately, despite my journey the officials have failed as of yet to meet with me in regards to my search. And so I am offering my service to anyone who would train me. You can find me taking temporary refuge in Kirigakure, though I travel often whilst I await a response. I will meet with anyone that would see me, inquire if you wish to know what kind of services I provide.
