~Personality ~ Easy going, and friendly, but she's got a bit of an attitude. Her eyes seem to change colors according to something, but she avoids the question, if asked why. She's been a hunter ninja for at least three years, even though she only made chuunin two months prior to her actual appearance in Kirigakure. She enjoys utilizing genjutsu to torture her victims, while slowly severing the head, letting them feel every moment of the pain.

Through a unique training with chakra, Matoya can sense it, from nature chakra, to the chakra of a bijuun. With a trait like this, she's capable of linking her chakra with others, by sensing it, making some of the illusions more than just a false reality, as she can make them nearly lethal, doubling their effectiveness by targeting their weaknesses. This is the reason that Matoya was picked to be a Hunter Ninja. This also gives her a split second to react to attackers, or people defending against her attacks, giving her an advantage on the battlefield as well.
Costs 5 CP 1/round. Activated as a free action, on the user's turn. PVP : Grants "Chakra Sight" through sensory. Gives a +2 to attack/defense. Note : Chakra Sight can sense CP and elemental affinities. Gains a +10 to spot rolls. Note : May roll SPOT against effects such as Hidden Mist Jutsu, Underground Projection Fish, or other such jutsu where the user is normally shielded from being detected normally.
Gift of the Goddess
Matoya believes in a diety known as "Alura", and follows her guidance. Though it's not a cultist religion like the Jashinists, being favoured by Alura is enough to keep them alive and well, at least to give them a second chance, should they die. Instead, Alura ressurects them with her will, and urges them to continue fighting. It is not a common religion, however those that are part of it are known to be feared. Usually, Matoya wouldn't worry about such 'petty' things as religion, but she knows the truth, in that Alura guides her, and has saved her life many times over. The favour not only allows her to be saved from death, she also has a quicker healing rate, and stronger body than most. When she is raised in combat, there is a bright golden aura about her, as wings appear to sprout from her back in an illusion, lifting her back to her feet while sealing wounds, before they vanish quickly after.

A large blade found by Matoya during a hunt. The blade has a golden shimmer, and when used for combat, it reacts with Matoya's chakra, creating lighting arcs off of the blade, allowing more simultaneous attacks. The blade itself is sharp enough to tear through nearly anything, making it a very lethal weapon, especially when used by a hunter like Matoya. Made of a strange metal, it seems like the weapon has a will of its own, only capable of being lifted by those that defeat the previous owner, as well as strengthening the wielder. After it came into Matoya's hands, she crafted the blade into her own design, allowing it to have a longer reach.
PVP : Cannot be lifted by anyone other than the owner. Deals large weapon damage + 1d10, +3 STR, pierces 3 DR. Allows for a second attack once per round, rolled with highest stat, dealing 2d8 lightning damage.

Amour au dela' Larme (Love of Tears) D Rank Chakra Cost: 3 RP Description: The target bursts out into tears suddenly as they see tragic love scenes flash through their mind, making it difficult to fight. PVP: The target is stunned for 1d4/2 rounds or until hit, they can make a CHA check vs the original attack roll to break out.
Depths of Hunger Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5 RP Description: The user creates the illusion of a vortex of water that reaches to the sky as the targets looks about at the rushing wall of water it turns from blue to blood red. As the blood forms in the wall piranhas begin to jump from the water latching onto the target causing a great amount of pain. PVP: Stuns and drains 1d4 cp for 1d4 rounds.
Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu "Mist Servant Technique" Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5 RP Descriotion: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it. PVP: Target is stunned for 1d4 rounds or until hit. Taking damage from Kunai or Shuriken does not break it. Only one Kunai or Shuriken at a time can be thrown. Special Note: Only the Genjutsu user can throw shuriken/kunai without breaking the stun.
Air Render Type : Kenjutsu Rank : C Chakra Cost : 4 Description : By splicing the air with the Magoroku, a wave of air-cutting chakra is released to cut through virtually anything from a distance. This gives maximum usage with the blade, but uses it from a distance for targets that may have a close-ranged advantage. PVP : Deals rank damage + 2d4 ranged. Note : Requires Magoroku
Blitz Type : Raiton Kenjutsu Rank : C Chakra Cost : 6 Description : As Matoya uses the Magoroku, she strikes at a target, engulfing them in electricity, as it surges through the body, frying them. Due to the nature of the technique, getting close is impossible without being struck. PVP : Rank damage + 1d8 lightning damage. Cannot be countered via melee. Note : Requires Magoroku
Thunder Crash Type : Raiton Genjutsu Rank : C Chakra Cost : 5 Description : By creating the same effects as nearby lightning, the thunder becomes deafening for those in range. The crash of the thunder is so loud, it disorients the targets, making them incapable of hearing and regular movement. This type of genjutsu would be believed to be a sound-based genjutsu, making it extremely difficult to escape from, while the effects linger far longer than usual. PVP : Effected targets become deafened, unable to make listen checks, and take -2 to attack/defense rolls for 1d4+1 rounds. Note : AoE up to three, resisted and broken via CON.
Lightning Arc Type : Raiton NinKenjutsu Rank : B Chakra Cost : 7 Description : Through the usage of Magoroku, the blade releases a huge burst of electricity that arcs towards a target, instantly piercing them as though the lightning were a sword. As though it appears as ninjutsu, it is actually a technique that the Magoroku can use, by drawing the user's chakra and casting the technique on its own. The user literally has no part in the technique, other than being a conduit for the sword. PVP : Rank kenjutsu lightning damage +2d8+2. Unblockable. Note : requires Magoroku. Kenjutsu lightning damage converts physical damage to lightning type damage.
Body Shutdown Rank: B Chakra Cost: 8 RP Description: The user sends a focused pulse of mind numbing chakra at the target, the target would feel as though their body has turned to jelly as they loose control of their motor functions. PvP: 1d6 rounds stun until hit.
Geysers Rank: B Chakra Cost: 8 As the user completes this genjutsu the illusion of several geysers burst from the ground impeding the target making their attacks that much harder to accomplish. In their mind they see geysers randomly bursting from the ground in their way. PVP: -3 to attack rolls for 1d4 rounds. No stun. Special Note: Being hit does not end this effect. Nimo yangu tame saikoro "Too Young to Die" Rank: B Chakra Cost: 8 RP Description: The user forms several seals and upon completion a coffin raises up out of the ground behind the victim and the lid flips open as the arms of tortured souls reach out ensnaring them dragging them into the coffin slamming the door shut. In the damp, dank, cold of the coffins hold the souls scream and wail tearing at the victim till finally the lid flips open allowing them to escape. The victim suffers as the souls tear at their chakra leaving them drained and frightened with the will to live and reluctance to continue the fight. PVP: 1d4 rounds of stun and 1d4 cp drain per round, after released from the Genjutsu the victim suffers a -2 to rolls for an additional 1d4 rounds. Hakachi (Graveyard) Rank: A Chakra Cost: 13 RP Description: This jutsu takes two rounds to use, The user sends the target into a cold dark and confined space, the target first makes a save vs. the entrapment. If failed they are stunned for one round, the following round the space breaks and the target finds themselves in a grave, mausoleum, memorial the choice of where and what it is made of belongs to the user, Once the user is free their instantly assaulted by thousands of undead creatures. PvP: Target takes 3d8 cp damage.

Double Strike Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: D Chakra Cost: 3 RP Description: The user strikes their opponent diagonally from left to right, then again from right to left, creating an X across the opponents chest. PVP: Rank Damage + 1d4
Cross Slash Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 4 RP Description: Focusing a small amount of chakra the user rushes towards the opponent and sends an ‘X’ like slash at the opponent. PvP Effect: Weapon Damage + 1d6 Damage
Shadowing Block Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 4 RP Description: Focusing a small amount of chakra the user draws their blade quickly too an oncoming close-quarters attack, with a shadowy effect to it to draw the attention of the opponent and to give one enough time to block or parry in time PvP Effect: +2 to block/parry Special Note: Cannot be used against Ninjutsu or Genjutsu
Head-hunter Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: B Chakra Cost: 6 RP Description: While the user is hidden, they may attempt a sneak attack, aiming to strike down at the targets neck. Journeyman’s Pose Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: B Chakra Cost: 6+2 Per Round Active RP Description: Focusing chakra within one’s blade and the stance of themselves, the user is able to move and attack with far greater ease, causing their strikes to be far more deadly. Tiger and Lion Maw Burst Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu RP Description: The user of this technique imbues large amounts of Chakra in their blade, and as they get into the vicinity, they drop the blade down, and it splits into two roaring animals, a tiger and a lion. They charge at the enemy and tear into him, as the attack is left to make a follow-up attack shortly after this vicious assault.
