History and Information
The Maboroshi clan are said to posses the ability to create reality out of illusions. This dangerous ability has made them powerful shinobi and desired by all. When their Elder The Storyteller vanished they left Hoshigakure, suspecting the village of doing away with him. As such they were welcomed everywhere for their potent Genjutsu abilities. Though the land of Water and Kirigakure drew them the best.

Maboroshi are genius, as a rule they have a mastery of Genjutsu and tactics that rival even the most brilliant of shinobi. They hone their naturally sharp minds to peak efficiency, becoming skilled and effective users of strategy and genjutsu.

Maboroshi Shinjuku (Phantom Illusion Mastery)

The Clan user’s Genjutsu are so powerful they trick the mind into accepting them as reality. This causes a kinetic reflection on the victims body. What happens in the illusion, happens to the body. It can be extremely lethal and gives rise to the rumors of the wraith clan of the Mists.

Genin:In addition to effects Genjutsu Deals Dmg based on jutsu Rank to hp (Bypasses HP DR)
Chunin:Victims of Maboroshi Genjutsu require two checks to break free from, the second check is done without Gen Bonus to DCs
Jonin:Genjutsu from Maboroshi has the users INT mod in bonus dmg as if INT were WIS

Maboroshi Souhou (Phantom Illusion Touch)
(Clan Enhancement - 100 Tokens)
Mabaroshi can enter their own genjutsu and affect the victim from within. While it is mostly used for combat and harm it could be very useful in mind healing for the few Mabaroshi who practice medical ninjutsu.

Universal: +3 to INT Rolls, Can make 1 Genjutsu of each rank for free. (Anything above C must be learned)
Genin: 5 cp, Can attack a target and Deal Rank tai dmg-2 to a target within one of their genjutsu. (Bypasses dr), Does not break genjutsu, lowers duration by 2 and dc by 4
Chunin: 4 cp, Can attack a target and Deal Rank Tai dmg to a target within one of their Genjutsu (Bypasses dr), Does not break genjutsu, lowers duration by 1 and dc by 3
Jonin: 3 cp, Can attack a target and deal Rank Tai dmg+int dmg bonus (As wis dmg bonus) to a target within one of their genjutsu (Bypasses dr) Does not break genjutsu, lowers dc by 2

RP Description: Upon completion the user creates the illusion of a large vortex of water has encases the target causing the target to see them self trapped inside a rapidly moving vortex of water that appears to reach to the sky.

The victim sees a dense fog roll up from from the ground in the area surrounding them causing them to think they are walking around in a fog but are stationary locked in the genjutsu
