Unspeakable

The Unspeakables were so named for the shameful past in which they arrived at Iwagakure no Sato. The progenitor of the Unspeakables is an old man, ancient and cold. Clearly of foreign descent he answered to the monicker Warlock.. Even so, when he found his way to Iwagakure no Sato he spared no time in insinuating himself into the village.

In half a century the foreigner, re-dubbed as The Elder became one of Iwagakure’s most effective denials. For the Elder had brought with him strange jutsu and a diabolical plan. He had petitioned the Tsuchikage into granting him rights to forge The Whisper. A Cabal much like ANBU. The whisper were the outcasts of the village, orphans, lepers, criminals etc. They were rehabilitated, raised, and trained to perform the tasks Iwagakure itself would not admit to consider sanctioning.

The Unspeakable’s are designed to become sleeper agents, using their strange abilities at the whim of the Elder. However ever so often the conditioning fails, and a sleeper becomes a liability. Rather than dispose of such talented but dangerous objects The Whisper removes what delicate information they posses and introduces them into the proper shinobi world.


Sympathetic Magic
The Elder is a master of chakra manipulation. His degree of expertise is so potent that he can and does teach his disciples how to differentiate and manipulate one chakra from another. As all chakra is different in some way it allows Unspeakables to perform strange and powerful techniques that most shinobi would never dream of attempting. To accomplish these feats they must sacrifice any corruption of their own natures. Therefore, Unspeakables have no specific chakra affinities. They can not be differentiated from ambient chakra in the area.

Universal: Can collect a sample of chakra, via blood, hair, flesh, or other means and use it to amplify their techniques. The Unspeakable gains the chakra affinity of whomever they use for a personal fetish. Otherwise they have no natural chakra affinity, though they may take medical.
Academy Student: Can create fetishes for E Rank techs and below
Genin: Can create fetishes for C Rank techs and below
Chunin: Can create fetishes for A Rank techs and below
Jounin: Can create fetishes for S+ Rank techs and below
Note: Personal fetishes can be used to learn techniques, however unless a special item is used they are restricted to whatever element they obtain in battle to craft.
Note 2: It takes one turn to make a fetish. The fetish lasts until the end of battle or is destroyed via targeting. It has 1 hp. The maker may defend for the fetish as a free action.
Note 3: Fetishes are immune to degenerative effects and dots used to destroy them. Must be direct dmg.
Note 4: Fetishes are susceptible to disarming techniques.

The Witching Hour
3 cp to Activate, 2 cp to maintain, 1x a fight

A hijutsu technique genetically implanted into Unspeakables. The Witching Hour invokes a Kinjutsu utilizing fetishes and spatial distortion. It is a potentially vile technique that turns the foci into a blackboard for the victim. When in effect the area within a mile of its use suffers under a palpable gloom and air of unsettlement, it grows dark as the dead of night and the pale light of the moon shines.

Universal: Requires Fetish of Individual. ALL Fetish[s] becomes indestructible. All hp dmg and status effects applied to the fetish is applied to the individual (cp dmg can not be transferred). The target can make a cha vs the users. cha when this occurs. If they succeed they resist the effect/dmg. If they fail it is applied bypassing dr. Cp Dmg can not be transferred this way.
Academy Student: Witching Hour lasts for 3 rounds
Genin: Witching Hour lasts for 5 rounds
Chunin: Witching Hour lasts for 7 rounds
Jounin: Witching Hour lasts for 9 rounds
Note: Personal fetishes created of the maker are susceptible to Witching Hour Law as well as enemy fetishes.

Paths of Power
(50 Token Upgrade)
The Paths of Power are the secret techniques taught to the Unspeakables, each individual learns a different path to do with as they please. It is rumored that some may know more than one, but nothing more than whispers.

Path of Shadows
The Path of Shadows is the path of deception and lies. Light and its absence to craft waking dreams and thoughtspectres to haunt and twist the perceptions of its victims.
Passives: +3 to Intelligence Rolls, +3 to Genjutsu Break DC, +1 to Genjutsu Rounds. All genjutsu is visible to everyone in the immediate area if the user desires.

Path of Blood
The Path of Blood is the path of worldly power and influence. For the price of spilled blood the Unspeakable can achieve great and terrible power to wreck on the foes of their Elder.
Passives: +3 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d8 to jutsu dmg. The Unspeakable can pay for their jutsu with Hp Or Cp Or a combination of the two (Stated when using the technique)

Path of Bone
The Path of Bone is the path of Physical mastery and versatility. For the mastery of the spirit the body reflects. Unspeakables who follow this path are exceedingly talented in all manners of physicality.
Passives: +3 to Dexterity or Strength Rolls, +1d6 dmg on physical attacks. +3 dr.

Familiar:
Unspeakables are taught the art of summoning in the beginning of their training. Their special summonings become their familiars. A line of beings that are trained alongside the Unspeakables, and well versed in their doings, this is done mainly to ensure the disciple does not kill themselves during their studies.

Path of Ash
(Clan Upgrade - 100 Tokens)
The Path of Ash is a secret path, it can not be taught but must be experienced and discovered. This can happen anywhere from the beginning of an unspeakable training to never at all. It varies from individual to individual based on their personalities, desires, choices, and goals.

Universal: . The Witching Hour no longer has a duration. The Unspeakable gains access to Elder Ash or Secondary Path.
Path of Shadows: +2 to attack and defense, +1d8 cp dmg to genjutsu
Path of Blood: +2 to attack and defense, +3 Hp and CP dr
Path of Bone: +2 to attack and defense, +10 hp/cp

Elder Ash:

Elder Ash is a finite source of power that may be used by those who know its secrets. Elder Ash can generate enough chakra when invoked to power jutsu in place of ones own reserves.

Genin: 10 handfuls /fight
Chunin: 15 handfuls/fight
Jonin: 20 handfuls/fight

D rank 1 handful
C rank 2 handfuls
B rank 3 handfuls
A rank 4 handfuls
S rank 5 handfuls

OR

Secondary Path:
The Master of the Path of Ash can choose to use their knowledge and expertise to embrace another path in its place.
