Medical Corps Member: The Medic Corps (医療部隊, Iryō Butai) is a subdivision of all villages medical-nin organisation and hospital. These shinobi generally work at the hospital full-time and their roles are similar to those of field medical-nin in that they are deployed to aid the comrades who are out on missions. However, unlike field medical-nin that normally get assigned to a team like Sakura Haruno for example, they move as an independent team comprised solely of medical-nin. A History of Medical Malpractice In Luna's past life generations ago, before going underground she made many additions and enhancements to herself, attempting to gain complete control of flesh and soul. Falling into rituals of Jashin, she would try to become closer to the god of death, and be rewarded for the numerous sins she would commit against humanity itself to bring her close to becoming an embodiment of death itself. In time she would earn Jashin's favor, in time she would become the enemy of the leaf village, to be vanquished. Medical Synthesis Seal (15 Tokens - Custom Ability) Medical ninjutsu, is a specialization of non-elemental ninjutsu, as such through time, people have made attempts to combine it with various elements, namely light and shadow, but any element could be used, even in some cases multiple elements are combined by those with the elements to use them, medical ninjutsu involving a combination of wood to allow for photosynthetic healing ninjutsu that restores extra chakra in daytime, or in combination with lava or magma to allow one to move seamlessly through lava while being healed by the intense heat. In the long past Luna soon would realize that she had no hope of mastering all medical ninjutsu, without circumventing this limit, and so she created this seal a binding of all seven elements and flesh, allowing her to learn medical ninjutsu and apply any element to it, even if she could otherwise never use those elements for ninjutsu. PVP Effect: Allows the bearer to learn medical ninjutsu, with elemental properties IE: Dark Medical), ninjutsu, without actually having the needed elemental affinity, including the possibility for techniques using nature chakra along with medical requirement. *ASTERIX! [s]Chakra Network Enhancement (75 Tokens - Custom Ability) After, ages and ages of working in the medical field, Luna had ended up dealing with a lot of different skin types, different clans and groups bearing different levels of chakra conductance in their skin. Gaining a general understanding of this through various wounds and studying biopsied skin, as well as the records on file for many, she has studied chakra networks and flesh to the point of being able to craft it like art. Forging her own flesh and skin, over time she has developed a method of making it easier to build chakra, and exert it outside and even within her, using her skin to conduct chakra as well as bones in addition to the normal chakra system all humans share. This process involves the use of various acids, and other substances to coax her genetic structure, and flesh itself to her liking; the operation being difficult to mimic because of the environmental, developmental, unique nature of it only being designed for her body and network as shes progressed with enhancing it. RP Effect: Luna has surprisingly smooth supple skin, that goes beyond the pale. When she uses her chakra (or gets emotional a times), some but not enough to mimic a hyuuga's talent against her, of her chakra network glows through her skin, giving the appearance of blueish tattoo's over her form. Curiously however when using offensive medical ninjutsu these occasionally turn black (or when using other types of jutsu it can mimic the color most represented by that jutsu: IE Green for medical ninjutsu). She can make an effort to conceal this trait at times, though usually doesn't bother. [/s] Embodiment of the Reaper (100 Tokens - Custom Ability) Seals line the entirety of Luna's body her entire body marked by one large seal as well as smaller seals throughout showing in blueish silver light only on nights of the full moon, when her body is laid bare. Bound to her by means of an 8 trigram seal is an act of murder itself, not binding a creature, or spirit, but rather sealing away her own act of suicide within an obscure ritual of death, this binding bringing her closer to Jashin and binding her to the supernatural. How one comes to bind their own death within a seal, a secret that only the Deity Jashin can share, and even make possible. Luna bears the eyes of a death god (shinigami) and is able to see the name and maximum venerable age given their bodies current condition, occasionally with an exceptionally powerful henge jutsu she can see an incorrect name. Further she sees general aura's of peoples souls and even how it flows into chakra. This 'soul sight' allows her to better counter, and track enemies to counter them. PVP Effect: Immune to Henge/Underground Projection/Similar Jutsu of E-B & Unranked Jutsu. She Gains a +20 to Spot Rolls, and may see all current CP Pools of Everyone in her Sight Range.

Even completely obliterating her body does not truly kill her. If her body is left beyond repair, Jashin simply leads her back to the world of the living and remakes her body for her, even going so far as to complimenting her for coming to visit. This relationship with Jashin regenerates her flesh, reattaching limbs and even her chakra, as she draws energies from the netherworld for eternal life. Her power not coming from within, or even from the world of the living. PvP Effect: If killed or otherwise destroyed, her body becomes one with the soil where she was slain (or nearby). This body is only detectable by specialize corpse detection jutsu, depending on the severity of her latest death recovery can take longer (death by poison not taking long at all.. death by being launched into the sun will likely take a week or so).

Jashinist priests are in particular both loved and despised by Jashin, a deal struck for their immortality being unable to be 'taken' by Jashin, Luna however is not Jashin. While Luna is not the only one to be so favored in the whole of human history, there have been others, hence stories of the grim reaper, and various shinigami. Agents of Jashins will all, give the power to kill immortal by only through use of melee weapons for poetic as well as practical reason. Blood Beast Revival (25 Tokens - Custom Ability) Bones shift away from flesh, flesh shifts away from itself giving way to blood harnessing bone... the appearance of flesh and skin become naught but blood. Ones body gives way to that of an abomination shiftless without form unless willed.. hands forming and moving about like sharks only to recede and appear elsewhere when not needed... the form immaterial bound by chakra and flesh.This ability allows for a person to lose physical form, blood and shadow and gore allowing them to shift and turn at will PVP Effect: When she Drops to Below 0 HP, she is Automatically Raised to 25 Base HP (Only Takes Effect once a Fight). May Re-Attach her own Limbs (1 Turn), May Regrow Limbs If Lost (3 Turns), May Re-Attach or Regrow her Entire Body, if she is Say Cut in Half (7 Turns). For 5 CP She may Automatically Escape from any Physical Stuns/Binds.
Stolen Shikotsumyaku Abilities (50 Tokens - Stolen Kekkai Genkai) By using the Shikotsumyaku the Kaguya can create bone weapons that are harder then steel. Luna has stolen these abilities from the grave of a dead Kaguya long ago, and through her unqieu abilities have bonded the abilities to her own body, this grants her intense physical abilities.

Stolen Kaguya Cells (50 Tokens - Stolen Kekkai Genkai) With cells harder and more dense as their bones, a Skeletal structure beyond any form of normal humans rivaling the density of diamond themselves, on top of an advanced cellular structure that actually allows them to not only regrow their bones unlimited, but also at the same time slowly regrow their own limbs, the Kaguya are the perfect Kenjutsu warriors. Luna, having stolen this abilities is able to increase her own Durability though on a far lesser level.

"Oni" (50 Tokens Custom Ability - Some aspects corrected via Admin Shino's Permission) In the Past Luna’s skin had been modified to service her chakra network. It was supple and soft, yet strong. However, angering a demon is never wise. Skipping the cost of the Gem Luna is now under the doom of Akykyo. Her supple, soft, and inviting skin is toxic. A single touch can drain the soul from those careless enough to caress. To convey these changes and further ridicule her the physical form has become riff with changes. Large fleshy wings, barbed tails, delicate talons all mar her features. To ensure maximum suffering Akykyo has left other ‘blessings’ When Luna drains the souls of her victims they find pleasure in the act, and she finds it intoxicating. Even when it blends with the pain of injury they can not help but desire more, and she is hard pressed to stop within reason. It takes great willpower on both sides to end the dark embrace. PVP/DF: Physical contact with Luna unless she suppresses the effect causes to 2 cp drain, (melee attack, touch, and defense count for this, as well as RP kisses/touch), and finally she is able to apply CP drain to ninjutsu. Wings allow flight. Genin: 1d4 CP Vampiric Damage to ninjutsu Chuunin: 1d6 CP Vampiric Damage to ninjutsu Jounin: 1d8 CP Vampiric Damage to ninjutsu Note: This Count to the Max Damage Bonus, so if she has +1d8 cp dmg she can only have +2d4 hp dmg or +1d8 hp dmg., or +2d4 dmg with +1d8 CP, not +4d4 hp dmg and +1d8 cp dmg as well.
Demonic Power Pool ~ All Demons gain a tremendous amount of chakra duty bound to perform dark rituals, and drawing about the power of hell itself to use against foes. Luna is no exception, once mortal she now is fully a demon, and as such gains dark power an endless depth for her dark ritual. DF: Luna gains a 15/15 CP Pool as a secondary CP pool only to be used with ninjutsu and fuinjutsu, secondary pool cannot be sealed.

Soul Flask Type: Tool Limit: 3 Description: A soul flask is a 'cursed' item, for the single purpose of collecting and storing loose souls, prohibiting them from being used in edo tensei, or the afterlife. It has no effect on the living, but to the dead its a horrific experience, being bound to the flask... though once flasked the dead can talk to the living from within even without any sort of soul contact technique or ability PVP: Wis vs Wis against targeted ghost; success = capture. (Must have Player/DM permission to be Captured.) Special: Captured souls do not count against soul flask limit use just a mission/pvp fight limit, and may be stored away without time limit. Breaking a soul flask once obtained is as easy as shattering glass, at least from the outside.
Ancient Turtle Aegis Type: Tool Limit: 2 Subsequent to a submarine expedition to the bottom of the sea in search of treasure during a mission. Luna, Neko, and Makoto, fought and defeated a vicious transforming man who became a Minotaur with an axe for an arm. During all this she recovered two strange turtle shells with odd markings on them, returning to leaf village she would study the markings on them translating and determining they were to be used as an instant shield defense long forgotten on the sea floor. Experimentation reveals they are still good for taking a blow before requiring repair to be used again (organically based, this is easy for a med nin), already designed to seal and unseal as small marble sized charms to be accessorized by jewelry they are quickly released to take blows and retract for use in combat. DF: Free action to Deploy, Max of 1 Deployed at a Time. When deployed they offer an additional +5 DR vs a single attack, used when DR takes effect..
Military Injection 15 tokens each Type: Tool Requirement: Medical Nin Description: Instead of offering the usual military ration to yourself or other friendlies in a fight, why not shoot them up with the good stuff directly. PVP: Offers 1d4x2 CP per 5 rounds, Limit 2. Limit 2 (Luna has 2)
Forbidden: Inferno Tag Type: Tool Rank: S Description: Luna has an in with the Konohagakure supply women and men, they are called 'kitty eyes' and shes not afraid to use them to get what she wants... (they are also called breasts in some cases), strutting her stuff she always gets them to cave, in this case to offer her rarely dispensed S-Rank Paper Tags. The good stuff, that is... the kinda thing some nin train years for. With a detonating potential comparable to a stack of paper tags, it has the power to level entire areas, however is forbidden to use, and using it without the right requirements can get her into serious trouble. PVP: Used like a normal explosive tag, in any normal paper tag capacity, however, the damage scope is colossal and offers 6d10 damage (easily capable of leveling most buildings). And it doesn't care about whose friendly and whose house it might be in when activated. Limit: 1
Synthesized Chakra Crystal Type: Tool Limit: 1 Description: Subsequent to a submarine expedition to the bottom of the sea in search of treasure during a mission. After the battle she managed to collect and keep a key sample and catalyst in the form of a 'star sapphire' as well as his research notes of how he manged to use crystals to gain such power; Luna using leaf village resources and medical knowledge was able to synthetically create more crystals from various minerals, ending with a weaker and more disposable sort. She has taken to growing them in a secret cave in the wilderness and employing them to boost her jutsu, techniques, and more. Only being able to grow so many crystals at a time to bring along for missions to dissolve and break for use to amplify jutsu with chakra and additional abilty to focus chakra through them DF: Adds +2 to a genjutsu/ninjutsu roll.
Synthesized Chakra Crystal: Shield (25 Tokens) Type: Tool Limit: 1 During the Chuunin Exams that Luna had partaken in, a crystal was used as a focal point for an extremely protective technique, while not the direct bases for it it was the focus, providing the person holding it with cover. Having some experience with research in crystals Luna had a thought to expand her small single variatied crystals with another that would provide a shield. Thus came this crystal which looks much more like a pearl then its cousin, when activated it makes a bubble of protective chakra around the user. DF: Action to use, provides 20 cp/hp of cover vs attacks until depleted.
Viral Concoctions
VC-1 Type: Tool Limit: 2 The first degree of Viral concoctions is light. It injects a infection that attacks the body, causing painful pulls and muscular atrophy. DF: Free action if making a melee attack, -2 to physical rolls for 1d4 rounds
VC-2 Type: Tool Limit: 2 A virus that causes living tissue to rot almost instantly. It spreads quickly and efficiently, capable of infecting populations in weeks. DF: Free action if making a melee attack, Deals 3 dmg a round for 1d4 rounds
VC-3 Type: Tool Limit: 2 A viral agent that assaults the bodies tenketsu and causes sever scaring of the chakra network. Left unchecked it can cause untold damage. DF: Free action if making a melee attack Target looses 2 cp a round for 1d4 rounds.
VC-4 Type: Tool Limit: 2 The dirty man's virus. It shuts down sensory receptors one by one. After enough receptors go down the target is as helpless as a kitten. DF: Free action if making a melee attack, Turn 1 target cant see, must make listen checks before rolls, Turn 2 if they fail their listen checks, target cant hear, can not make physical defensive checks (Dodge/Block) checks.
VC-5 Type: Tool Limit: 1 A terrible virus that assaults the dopamine receptors of the brain. It immediately begins to overstimulate such places. Its liquid and can be carried via water, and can easily take out a town if not arrested. DF: Free action if making a melee attack, victim is stunned for 1d4 rounds or Until hit

Weapon/Item: Spellweaver (100 RP Tokens) Created by Luna in order to increase the limits of her ninjutsu. Creating a living glove that lives off of leeching chakra out of the air to survive, sinewy creatures weaved together in the form of a glove, genetically harnessed to act like handseals when chakra is pushed through them (with several subspecies for each handseal). They not only increase the flow of hand seals, but also allow a special web like chakra creation that allows a user to stop attacks, and drain reiatsu from them RP Effects: Jutsu can be performed by waving ones arm instead of performing complex series of handseals, IE: a healing jutsu performed with a hug, or thorn prison by closing ones fist, physical stuns still work against this as normal - it offers no PVP benefit aside from those listed below PVP Effects: Jutsu Used without handseals Cannot be Copied. For Five CP may Block + 2, if successful vs an ATK that costs CP heal 5 CP to User (Heal does not work Vs Tai / Ken). Or May spend 5 CP to Perform a B-Rank or lower Ninjutsu as a free action once per round that jutsu's cost paid separately.
Weapon: Celestial Bow (100 RP Tokens) A construction of sacred wood and laced with hidden seals to control the flow of chakra, this bow bears a number of unique properties making it ideal for use by goodie two shoe types like Luna (shes not really a goodie two shoes.. no not at all). When chakra is pushed into the bow it forms 'magical' arrows that can be directed by the users will to strike her enemies true, the arrows bound by the various seals to do little more then tingle even as they pierce and harm their targets. Further on the archers command injuries caused by the arrows can simply 'vanish' restoring any harm done to the target. And finally, if the archer has no killing intent her arrows cannot kill no matter how many times they strike an enemy, they can however bring them to the brink of death. When not in use the bow can be sealed down into the portable form of a very cute ribbon that changes color like a mood ring. PVP Effect: Large Weapon Ranged Damage, No Penalties. Gains Wisdom Bonus Damage Replacing Strength Bonus Damage, but Attacks are Rolled with Dexterity as per Normal. For 5 CP spent each round the bow is used, attacks rolled with wisdom Special Effect: User can opt to not cause killing blows when arrows strike a target, user can at will cause damage by the arrows to a given target to vanish completely, arrows do not cause pain but tingling, they do however cause blood to spill.
Item: Heart of the Oni (100 Tokens) An ancient item imbued with the chakra of the Archdemon Akykyo. The Heart of the Oni is a cursed item which conveys great power to a single human, at the cost of their humanity. The item transforms the bearer, stealing away their soul. However lines cross, paths intersect. The human who formed the pact with Akykyo also held a bargain with Jashin. The deals interlinked and the human came out of the wagers with far greater power than he should have. But for all the luck and machinations of the man very few cheat death permanently. The Reaper Luna saw to that. Dispatched at Jashins behalf Luna erased the man, obtaining the gem in the process. Through her own maneuverings with Jashin she was able to bind the gem to her person without pay price of an immortal soul. This did not please Akykyo. With the gem at hand, and resting as a delicate belly button ornament. and her body transforming to a suitable host for the power Luna forever released the class of human, instead adopting the nature of a creature more fitting its demonic symbiote. DF: +4d4 to ninjutsu damage, +2 to duration of jutsu.

Advanced Henge: Cat (Luna Starts with this Jutsu But can't use it until appropriate rank) Jutsu Type: Hijutsu Rank: Unranked CP Cost 5 + 1 per round Description: User turns into extremely advacned Henge that morphs them into a mirror like chakra image, bonding their actual form into an image of that like a cat. This can be used for nearly any form of Non-Combat Shinobi jobs and can usually make it much easier. PVP Effect: Wisdom For Henge +10 Special Note: In this form User Cannot Attack, Gains a +6 to all Defensive Rolls, +50 to Hide/Move Silently Rolls. If user Attacks the Henge Immediately Ends.
Aura of Dread (Luna Starts with this Jutsu But can't use it until appropriate rank) Type: Hijutsu Rank B CP : 8 CP Description: By contracting with the netherworld for various summons, Luna has gained a darkening aura that only those who would become her enemy can sense. This deep seeded aura of dread makes them uneasy, instinctive knowledge entering their minds, that even if they should have a victory this day, for the insolence in fighting Luna, one so favored by Jashin, in the afterlife they shall be punished. PVP: Users Wis+3 VS Mental (can't be countered), In combat versus Luna all enemies suffer from -2 to rolls, 1d6+2 round duration Special: Free action to activate for +2 cp
Whirlpool of Cracked Churning Earth (15 Tokens) (Creation witnessed by DM Kankuro) Type: Hijutsu - Earth + Kaguya Rank: A CP Cost: 15 Description: User drops their hand to the Earth their body twisting and cracking as they impregnate it with bone which serves as a medium of their chakra as they spread out within, the users body not having enough material around their durabilty with the shikamatsu fails them, and they no longer can form bone weapons until their bones return to them. The bones within the earth continue to spread and churn rapidly the entire field of combat becoming a whirlpool of earth that its cut into a form maleable by the application of chakra, and then drawing downwards it sucks them in, shards of bone spreading out of the earth to cut them to bits, while they must dodge and attempt to avoid it. When the chakra is nearly fully drained from the bones, they return to the shikamatsu user pulling back into their body providing them with the full benefits of their durabilty and bone blades PVP: For the duration, user cannot form shikamatsu blades, and any that are formed become unusuable for that purpose, nor can they maintain or use a new jutsu based on their kaguya bone. They also lose kaguya bone based DR. [S]Soul Breaker Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu - Hijutsu (Luna Starts with this Jutsu But can't use it until appropriate rank) Rank: S CP: 20 Description: Soul Breaker, is a technique that is developed expressly for the purposes of interrogation, or more specifically, wrenching someones mind to such an extent that they break into madness, their thoughts becoming putty within the users hands, as they delve deeper and deeper into their memories, pulling out what they desire. PVP: To be used on subdued/captured individuals either (those who have lost a fight and are under the users control for whatever reason) [Step 1: User uses the jutsu creating a link between the users mind and the target, this starts out very simply by an everyday memory, such as walking in a park, or even eating breakfast, performed by a wis vs wis/int roll.
Step 2: Assuming the memory is pulled out the user of the jutsu makes her victim live through these memories, turning them into something of nightmares Wis vs Wis/Int, -2 penalty to resist.
Step 3: As the nightmares become more and more a reality for the target, other things that scare the would come to mind, the user of the jutsu, exploits this taking advantage of them to make them more and more part of the victims reality. Wis vs Wis/Int, -4 Penalty to Resist.
Step 4: Should the victim not resist the other three steps, information becomes putty in the users hands, as the victim descends into a lasting madness (minimum 1 day RL, maximum of the victims choosing oocly). For as long as the madness lasts this jutsu can be used again even after its first casting to go to step 4 instantly, gaining more information.[/s]

Eight Trigrams Seal (Luna Starts with this Jutsu But can't use it until appropriate rank) Type: Fuinjutsu Rank S+ Cost: 30 CP Description: Consisting of two Four Symbols Seals, the ritual process varies from individual to individual, however generally it is used to bind one being, or ability onto a person to be held within them. The exact mechanics of such are extensive, dealing with the souls of things and how all things relate to one another, to be mentioned henceforth: In the context of this jutsu, all creation is of deities, soul, true names, and no things are outside its touch, including the absence of things, for that too has a name. Everything has a specific name, a specific god or essence, groups of things have a greater deity and name that applies to all, this jutsu gains hold of that essence or deity, and forces it to submit to an unnatural state of being sealed, binding the essence and along with it the being, or object, or even a concept connected to it. The process of which becomes much more difficult the more abstract it is, and much more difficult the more 'foreign' it is. It's much more simple to bind a nail then it is the concept of love, or a soul, however such things are indeed possible within the confines of controlling the god of a thing. Hex Type: Fuinjutsu (Luna Starts with this Jutsu But can't use it until appropriate rank) Rank: S CP: 20 Description: Hex, is a fuinjutsu based around normally negative forces, that provide some benefit to the user, perhaps someone is eternally bursting into flame, there is the benefit of being able to burn things, but there is also the drawback of burning yourself. Hex, would allow for the control of this burning process, sometimes stopping the person from burning, but other times just expanding this into a massive immolating ball of death. The point is Hex, doesn't change whats already taking effect, it just builds up the ability to control it, thereby acquiring the ability to create 'curse seals', fuinjutsu developed around the principles of controlling destructive processes in order to harness them for a stronger benefit, and even being used to keep a person alive long enough to control such troublesome powers on their own. Hex itself is more about fuinjutsu theory and practices then an actual specific jutsu in itself, each curse seal is different to control a different detrimental and beneficial process. Chakra Scalpel (Starting Jutsu) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Chakra Cost: 8 RP Description: Chakra Scalpel is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical shinobi. After forming the needed hand seals, the shinobi will focus chakra into their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can also be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. PVP Effect: Combat Mode: Rank Damage for 1d6 rounds. If it hits the arm, it weakens target by -2 to STR. target can still cast jutsu, but it's hard for them. If it hits the leg, it weakens target by -2 to DEX. If it hits the wrists, it weakens target by -2 to WIS. Targets are right wrist, left wrist, right leg, left leg, right arm, left arm. May only hit each target once(if the right wrist is hit, must wait for the effect to wear off before hitting it again). Each lasts 1d6+2 rounds. After kissing a target, the jutsu takes hold, and can be 'detonated' to cause an seizure or heart attack at will, at any point in the next 24 hours no matter the distance. The jutsu itself lies within the waters of their blood, undetectable. PVP: Dex/Str/Willing target, 'traps' the water in a persons blood to detonate at will (any point of a fight or out of a fight) for the next 24 hours. 3d10 damage, acts like a natural heart attack or seizure, all signs of the jutsu gone after taking effect. Special Note: Usable 1x per target, per day.
Angelic Flight (Creation RP Witnessed by DM Temari) Type: Medical + Divine (Light + Air) *ASTERIX (Shino says Medical + Wind) CP Cost: 8 + 2 per round maintenance Rank B RP: The user of this jutsu, draws forth devine energies through handseals, the power flowing their their body and cells through practiced control, inspiring a physical transformation, they grow wings fueled with chakra that are capable of flight. The use of this jutsu has a 'cost' though, the user becomes more like an angel, their burden of sin carries less weight, even being forgiven, under the full effects of it, it becomes very difficult to commit evil acts or even have evil thoughts, the effects lingering more and more with each use (A risk indeed for evil med nin!). Once more upon activating this jutsu if max duration is rolled, the wings become permanent until amputated or otherwise dealt with. PVP: For 1d4+2 Rounds, the User is Immune to Mele-Attacks. Special Note: Opponent may Roll a Dex Check to get up close and personal before their attack roll, DC: 30, (Only bonuses to dex added, not to attack/defense) If they succeed they may then make a Mele Attack Roll suffering a -2 to their attack
Kiss of Life (Developed by using on Kaira Rose Shigawa, also the witness for learning rolls) Type: Medical Ninjutsu Rank B CP Cost: 10 RP: The med nin, purses their lips fueling them with healing chakra, which they then disperse by kissing a person, to quite literally make it better PVP: 3d8 Healed Special Note: No handealed needed, As such may be used while Physically Stunned.
Selective Mutation (Creation rolls and RP done with Kaira~) Type: Medical Rank: B CP Cost: 10 Description: Using the power of Luna's Mutant sea sludge, she creates a selective mutation to a persons body, this creates almost supernatural effects, but requires a person take in yet more sea sludge in order to power it (buying CCs of the tool), or maintaining it through all too heavy amounts of chakra. It can also be used for more mundane changes but all of this bears the risk of certain unexpected results PVP: Target auto learns a Mutation Jutus. Special: Can also be used for certain "Moderate" changes to a target, an extra arm, a forked tongue, eyes that glow in the dark - anything PVP based would require a special alternate submission, nothing overboard in any case such as a full change in species or death. (A third arm, not a spider monkey) - These Alterations always Require player Approval and they may remove them at any time.
Feast of the Elements (Kaira Rose Shi'gawa, and Momoko Kuroshiga assisted with creation/learning) Rank: B Type: Medical + Element CP Cost- Variable RP Description: Running through eight hand seals as an elemental based attack approaches them, a medical nin infuses their body with reiatsu to both collect and consume into their body and cells energy from the jutsu they are being attacked with, in the end they attempt to devour the attack, if its fire they eat fire... if its earth, they eat the earth itself. Requirement: Must have access to the element being defended against PVP: User pays the cost of the enemies elemental attack (base before being reduced by any chakra reduction things they may have), and roll wisdom to defend, if successful the users absorbs the enemies technique, and gain their own chakra back. (if an attack costs 5 cp, the defender wages 5 cp, and gains back 10 cp on successful defense, or takes damage and loses 5 cp on unsuccessful defense)
Medical Analysis (Creator: Shadow-Of-The-Delve) (Trained by DM Temari <3) Type: Medical Jutsu Rank: A Chakra Cost: See Below RP Description: Utilising both their medical knowledge and skill with medical techniques, the user is able to focus chakra into their hand and determine the makeup of a poison, disease, cancer or the like, effectively finding out its ingredients, how it was made and how to best cure it with not harm to the patient. RP Effects: Able to analyse a patient, vial of poison, or what ever the user wishes using the required amount of chakra depending on the ailments rank to determine a cure. Rejuvenate (Luna Starts with this Jutsu But can't use it until appropriate rank) Type: Medical Rank A CP: 15 Description: The user has become skilled in lessening the impact of hospitalization effects, changing very long stays into much shorter visits with repeated castings. This jutsu is a godsend for those who suffer from long recoveries form devastating techniques. PVP:To be used out of combat, Reduces time until recovery from jutsu (IE: Hospitalization) by 1 day per casting, to reduce to the final 0 days requires a 130 dc heal roll and if the d20 is less then 5 then auto fail (if 1 add a day~). (reducing the last day can only be tried once per injury)
Kinetic Conversion (15 Tokens) (Creation rolls and RP done with Kaira~) Type: Ninjutsu (Medical + Earth) Rank: A Cp Cost: 12 Description: A violent technique to be sure, and one that depends on letting someone hit you. Chakra flowing through the body, minerals are spread out in expectation of an attack, not in order to stop the attack but rather to gather energy from the kinetic force, and thus also through the compression of the bodies minerals, and through force of earth manipulation convert it to both a healing energy and a free source of chakra. Flesh is still cut though, still bruised... the technique has the cost of -letting- someone hurt you, helping you survive it and possibly heal it should you find time enough. DF: Foregoing a defensive roll, the user opts to attempt to absorb the attack through this jutsu, taking 1/2 damage from the attack after DR.
Dual Chakra Scalpel Technique (Creator: Shadow-Of-The-Delve) (DM Mvid, lesson thing) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: A Chakra Cost: 13 + 3 round maintenance PvP Effect: Cannot be used in battle. RP Effect: This is a greater version of the Chakra Scalpel Technique, though this version is so difficult it cannot be used in battle at all, it allows the user to work much faster in surgery and work on different various parts in the body at once. RP Effect 2: Can heal the targets Hp for their heal skill + 5 (Max 20) x 2, and Cp for their heal skill (Max 15) x 2) [S] Body Crafting/Flesh Crafting (Luna Starts with this Jutsu But can't use it until appropriate rank) Jutsu Type: Medical Hijutsu Rank: S+ CP: Variable Out of combat only Description: The 'forbidden' art of body crafting, after an extreme amount of focus in the study of anatomy, genetics, and the nature of the soul, the technique powerful and extensive both physically and spiritually changing people. This goes so far as to re-networks someones body and nervous system, the effect of which varies and with multiple applications for the living and the dead. This technique does not stand alone includes things like chakra scalpel and other extremely specialized mini jutsu specific to this greater technique... IE: a technique to grow hair faster to generate fur, and in fact make hair longer would be employed. Able to create a false appearance for any individual, allowing an "Automatic Henge" effect that can only be detected by a WIS v WIS roll from those with chakra sight/scent/special detection. This goes so far as to apply to corpses in Luna's care, able to restore them and attach things (subject to approval for anything that would modify their dice fight properties). Further, the henge can't simply be broken the changes are permanent, they just find the identity out.

Concussion Shot Jutsu Type: Shahou Rank: C CP Cost: 5 RP Description: An arrow built up with the concussive force of chakra, when coming near an opponent the brute force of it comes to full slamming them back with variable effect depending on whats behind them. PVP: Normal Bow Damage + Moves a target back into open ground should open ground be behind them. This Then causes them to, Shoves them off a cliff for +2d10 damage should they be stupid enough to have been shot down the cliff (only serious cliffs count!) Slams them into a wall/object for +1d8 damage. Or +3d10 should they get shot into lava or acid vats (standing in front of volcanoes is bad), the final option being +situation damage to be determined by DM or mutual discussion (pushes a target back, if into an object does further damage, like say a spike in an event, ext.)

Needling Shot Jutsu Type: Shahou Rank: C CP Cost: 5 + 2 per use in round RP Description: A mainstay of most archers, an vicious series of attack, depending on the previous one hitting to make an opening for a next, throwing the archer off should they miss, but otherwise offering the chance to make someone into a pincushion. PVP: Normal weapon damage, if attack hits needling shot can be used again at +2 to the previous cost of using it (5, 7, 9 etc per set), if the attack misses the called target user loses next turn.

Analyze Terrain (17 Tokens) (Creation witnessed by DM Leviath) Type: Ninjutsu (Doton) Rank: A CP Cost: 12 Description: The user draws their hands to the ground spreading a mass amount of chakra, gaining intense and lasting knowledge of the terrain, connected to the land until they leave the area or a large amount of time passes in the fight. This connection gives them greater power over manipulations of Doton, better ability to "listen" the earth both a sounding board, and giving knowledge of the location of a persons feet or lack there of - also benefiting on knowing where to be to not make a sound with each step, and a surprising list of benefits in relation to the land. They also know the specifics of the land beneath the area for as much depth and distance as it would take to matter in the fight. DF: Duration 1d4+1 rounds, provides a +2 bonus to earth jutsu for that duration, and a +50 bonus to listen & move silently. Techniques dependant on hiding within the land automatically fail against the user of this technique.

"Lick it" Type: Luna Only Rank: - CP: 2 Description: "Lick it and see what it tastes like they said"; By using her medically and unholy enhanced tongue, able to stretch out via blood beast revival if she so uses it that way, Luna spends a turn Licking something taste buds gathering enhanced information about composition, heat signature, and even information on scent. Whats worse is the effect of chakra drain that goes with it, with her tongue shes able to detect the presence of bloodlines, clans, body modifications, elemental affinity, and more - presence of things bound, fuinjutsu and current medical status, disease, poison and still yet more. This also applies to things that simply aren't human, chakra barriers, strange seals, weapons of all sorts given the various tastes of metals. Luna can also lick ghosts, and things incorporeal
