The Unspeakables were so named for the shameful past in which they arrived at Iwagakure no Sato. The progenitor of the Unspeakables is an old man, ancient and cold. Clearly of foreign descent he answered to the monicker Warlock.. Even so, when he found his way to Iwagakure no Sato he spared no time in insinuating himself into the village.
In half a century the foreigner, re-dubbed as The Elder became one of Iwagakure’s most effective denials. For the Elder had brought with him strange jutsu and a diabolical plan. He had petitioned the Tsuchikage into granting him rights to forge The Whisper. A Cabal much like ANBU. The whisper were the outcasts of the village, orphans, lepers, criminals etc. They were rehabilitated, raised, and trained to perform the tasks Iwagakure itself would not admit to consider sanctioning.
The Unspeakable’s are designed to become sleeper agents, using their strange abilities at the whim of the Elder. However ever so often the conditioning fails, and a sleeper becomes a liability. Rather than dispose of such talented but dangerous objects The Whisper removes what delicate information they posses and introduces them into the proper shinobi world.

After the terrible horrifying devastation left in the wake of his possession and severe trauma done to his body Arcadia has lost the capabilities he once possessed. The above normal supernatural chakra control gifted by the Unspeakable Elders careful genetic and psychological ministrations were destroyed beyond repair. However never one to let an opportunity go to waste The Elder played on the expert skill of the legendary medical shinobi Kaira, twisted what was already darkened by Jashins Avatar's forbidden dark jutsu, and used what was left of his own control to craft a different shinobi, better or worse.
What was once there returned, the brush with the specter, the genetic manipulations, the corruption of Jashin and the stains of purgatory has meshed together, rolled to create a being who sees the world in a different way, with eyes falser than a childs and more piercing than a gods. The sheer mental acuity of such a revelation combined with the 'gift' of rebirth by Luna ensured a honed and sharpened intellect to take advantage of the strange new abilities the tainted form possesses. Abilities The Elder of Iwagakure wont hesitate to exploit.
PvP: INT is used to learn medical (and Subset medical) and all Kinetic/Psionic jutsu (Genjutsu is termed as Psionic to Ark). It gains damage bonus and bonus cp as if it were Wis. Jutsu used with INT do not require Handseals and may be used while physically stunned. Chunin: +2 to Dex/Int, rolls -2 CR (Min. 1), Psionic Jutsu deal 1d8 CP DMG
The Inner Eye:
PvP: +3 ATK / DEF, User's INT Mod is Added to Concentration Rolls. Creation: Gains The Sight, Gains Inception: Nudge Genin: Gains Astral Projection, Gains Inception: Shift Chunin: Gains Shadow Mind, Gains Inception: Push
Note: The Inner Eye is NOT a Dojutsu, but it was developed to make people think it is.
The Sight:
Arcadia gains the sight. The sight is extremely difficult to explain but believed to be a hypersensitive method of precognitive skill from knowledge gleamed and patterns found throughout the world. It is theorized that Arcadia is connected to every organism in the world through the advanced mental prowess. This makes him capable of sensing the minds of those around him. This type of chakra sensing supersedes sight and locates thought patterns. At times they are even pull to major points of shifts in the world via astral projection. DF: Spot and Listen are replaced by Concentration for things that require checks Int is used when sensory checks are made/requested. Arcadia is always aware of how many minds are in his immediate vicinity. As a free action he can spend 5 cp to auto locate all hidden Targets in his vicinity. At Dm Discretion Arcadia may receive premonitions, dreams and or visions of events minor or major.
Astral Projection:
Upon reaching a certain mastery with the Inner Eye Arcadia can expand upon the flashes and insight granted by it. Many a time The sight grants glimpses and flashes of images. To further increase the ability of reconnaissance and insight he has developed the ability to project his mind outward, linking to wherever they left chakra traces. This allows him to view in detail what they could only catch snippets about. DF: Can view events and areas he has already seen or been to. Arc is not visible or sensible however those with active chakra sight or sense can note a presence. At Dm Discretion Arcadia can see flashbacks of strong events in the area.
Shadow Mind:
An ability Arcadia develops to protect himself from questing probes., the technique allows the him to cloak his thoughts and form, they emit a subtle chakra suggestion that pushes people away and allows them to blend into the surroundings. DF: Adds Arcs INT mod to Hide/Move silently/Set Trap rolls. Can spend 5 cp to extend the bonus to allies.
Thrallherd:
Upon reaching a point of development Arc begins to Emit a subconscious telepathic call. The call is answered and eventually a friend comes to him, it could be from anywhere as close or far away. The friend is bound to Arc and follows him wholeheartedly. Becoming closer, more subservient, and more loving without ever realizing it has lost its will. Chunin: 1 individual Note: The Thralls follow summon rank 4 rules. Must be purchased
Universal Trait: Thrall RP: Thralls are bound to serve Arkadia, each one exists to shield, protect, and attend him. Such is the desire that has turned their minds to such devotion. In this vein Thralls are psychically and kinetically linked to their master. Serving both to buffer him from loneliness and to alleviate any issues he may suffer from. DF: 3 cp, can transfer a status effect from Arkadia to the Thrall.
Kristo, The Sentinel RP: Kristo is a young shinobi of Hoshigakura. A wanderer of the village Hidden in the Stars Kristo fled from his home to travel the lands of the five Great Shinobi Nations. It is on these explorations that he ran across Arkadia. By now Arkadia’s subconscious had been casting for a Thrall, entranced by Arkadia and with a desire to belong Kristo took to the young shinobi. Neither knew why but he became rather devoted rather quickly. DF: 2 HP Regen/Round. Can perform a C rank or Genjutsu/Psionic Technique Arkadia knows.
Bones shift away from flesh, flesh shifts away from itself giving way to blood harnessing bone... the appearance of flesh and skin become naught but blood. Ones body gives way to that of an abomination shiftless without form unless willed.. hands forming and moving about like sharks only to recede and appear elsewhere when not needed... the form immaterial bound by chakra and will, as long as some particle of the thing exists it can survive, regenerate, regrow, rebuild. The most devastating wounds become little more than annoyances, varying in time and effort to repair and restore.
Universal: When Arc Drops to Below 0 HP, he is Automatically Raised to 25 Base HP (1x/fight) He may Re-Attach her own Limbs (1 Turn), May Regrow Limbs If Lost (3 Turns), May Re-Attach or Regrow his entire body, if he is Say cut in half (7 Turns). Chunnin: +30 Total HP/CP, +5 HP Regen Note: Light Jutsu deal +4 dmg to him.
After suffering the devastating onslaught by Jira Senju Arcadia was all but dead. Had it not been the timely and skilled intervention by unusually talented Medic Luna he would have died. Unfortunately even with all her skill she could not fully restore him as is. She was forced to resort to her forbidden body sculpting in addition to strange unique otherworldly jutsu to mend him. Even worse was the botched blending of jutsu. The results left Arc in a constructed body far more advanced to support his lifeforce than his original. To further cause harm the genetic links his father created when designing Arc were damaged and the clock began to tick. With an ineffective chakra network The Elders and Luna were forced to design a method for Arc to stabilize and survive. Initially they fitted him with the ability to absorb ambient chakra to restore his own, however that did not stop the issue. His body still attacked itself, the next decision was equipping him with the ability to draw and survive on the chakra of others. Between genetic engineering, and further body modifications Arc was equipped to draw and store chakra from others. The only issue being, if he does not he begins to suffer.

ABILITIES:
Inception:
Arcadia ’s secret that stems from his special ‘Dojutsu‘. Transmitted via line of sight, anyone he can lay eyes on is Subject to the dark power of Inception. With a thought he may implant memories, suggestions and commands into their targets minds and even subconscious. The degree of manipulation is directly related to the strength of the Inner Eye. Because of the strain on this ability Arcadia is unable to take any offensive actions while using inception
Nudge: At this level Arc can prod and poke the target into minor actions. PvP: 5 Cp, the target rolls wis/int vs. the users Int+1, if they fail they must follow his commands for 1d4 rounds or until resist (WIS / INT). He can not command the target to physically damage themselves or do anything that would result in immediate physical damage.
Example: Arc can not make the victim stab themselves or walk off a cliff. However he can make them attack someone who may or may not retaliate.
Shift: Now with a stronger grasp of their ability Arc can dominate his opponents, altering their desires to temporarily match theirs. PvP: 10 cp, The target rolls wis/int vs the users Int+2, For 1d4+1 rounds the target must obey Arc to the best of their ability or until resist (WIS / INT). Arc gains their turn and can command them via Telepathy. He may command them to use any jutsu or technique he is aware of, however he does not gain knowledge of ones they do not know about. Duration decreases by 1 round each time the target is hit.
Push: Now a master of his art the Arc can Push their victims into any direction he wants. At this level (with dm discretion or player consent) Arc can completely alter the victims personality, perception or even cause them to believe in outlandish things. PvP: 15 cp, Arc’s Int+3 vs. Int/wis, For 1d4+2 rounds or until resist (WIS / INT) Arc can push two targets at once, they follow the same effects as Shift, however they each take 2 dmg a round (bypasses dr) Duration decreases by 1 round each time the target is hit
Psionic Focus:
Arcadia’s Dragon Force grants him the ability to manipulate his mental energy in a variety of ways. It requires extreme focus to do but is a potent ability.
Arcadia spends a moment to clear his mind and gain acute focused abilities. DF: Can spend a turn to become focused, for 8 cp can focus as a free action. (Focus may only be gained once a round) Mind Over Matter-Can expend psionic focus to gain 5 hp dr for the round. Aligned Attack-Your attack gains +3 to hit Chaotic Mind-You may expend psionic focus to gain an additional +3 vs mental effects (Resist and break, gen etc.) Delayed-May expend psionic focus to delay the activation of a technique. (Personal or area only) May trigger technique as a free action
The Dragon Force is a mass of thoughts, concepts and most importantly emotions of Arcadia. His powers allow him to experience the world in a variety of ways and it can be overwhelming. Especially as an infant. To shield himself his mind fractured, his powers divided into two points, the strongest sealing away into his subconscious. This calls itself The Dragon. A entity of psionic power and turbulent emotions.
When it manifests The Dragon is a raging maelstrom of chakra. It shapes itself as a massive creature of pure psionic and kinetic energy that wreathes Arcadia in the center. The fore of its thoughts come at hand and its turbulent emotions fray the edges of logic and sanity. PvP: 5 cp to activate, 2 to maintain. When Active Arcadia is immune to genjutsu and mind altering effects. He gains +6 to attack and defense rolls His melee attacks become long ranged melee ranged AoE. He gains 4 cp dmg return bypassing dr
PvP: 3 CP - User can opt to convert Unarmed Rank DMG into CP Drain, Healing CP for 1/2 value. (Does not break stuns, but does lower Duration by 1 and DC by 3)
VC-1 Type: Tool Limit: 2 The first degree of Viral concoctions is light. It injects a infection that attacks the body, causing painful pulls and muscular atrophy. DF: Free action if making a melee attack, -2 to physical rolls for 1d4 rounds
VC-2 Type: Tool Limit: 2 A virus that causes living tissue to rot almost instantly. It spreads quickly and efficiently, capable of infecting populations in weeks. DF: Free action if making a melee attack, Deals 3 dmg a round for 1d4 rounds
VC-3 Type: Tool Limit: 2 A viral agent that assaults the bodies tenketsu and causes sever scaring of the chakra network. Left unchecked it can cause untold damage. DF: Free action if making a melee attack Target looses 2 cp a round for 1d4 rounds.
VC-4 Type: Tool Limit: 2 The dirty man's virus. It shuts down sensory receptors one by one. After enough receptors go down the target is as helpless as a kitten. DF: Free action if making a melee attack, Turn 1 target cant see, must make listen checks before rolls, Turn 2 if they fail their listen checks, target cant hear, can not make physical defensive checks (Dodge/Block) checks.
VC-5 Type: Tool Limit: 1 A terrible virus that assaults the dopamine receptors of the brain. It immediately begins to overstimulate such places. Its liquid and can be carried via water, and can easily take out a town if not arrested. DF: Free action if making a melee attack, victim is stunned for 1d4 rounds or Until hit.
2 Military Injection:
Type: Tool Requirement: Medical Nin Description: Instead of offering the usual military ration to yourself or other friendlies in a fight, why not shoot them up with the good stuff directly. PVP: Offers 1d4x2 CP per 5 rounds, Limit 2.
3 Genzou no In (Illusion Seals):
Type: Tool The Illusion Seals are a item that hold a genjutsu in place and lets it remain in Permanence while the shinobi is away. Limit: 3 DF: Adds 1 round to genjutsu, rply the genjutsu remains in place until the seal is destroyed. 6 Tokens apiece
2 Flashbang Tag:
Type: Tool Limit: 2 A tag developed to both combat multiple enemies and take advantage of disoriented senses. The device itself simultaneously emits a brilliant burst of light and a thundering explosion DF: Mass aoe (Including user) of melee range, con to defend. Targets suffers -20 to listen checks, Blinds targets, for 1d4 rounds, they can not use dojutsu techs, and must roll listen checks before attack and defense rolls. 10 Tokens apiece
2 Military Recovery Injection:
Type: Tool Limit: 2 A complex medical formula that rapidly accelerates cellular repair and growth. Its a brief but intense patch up until further treatment can be obtained. DF:1d4x2 hp regen for 5 rounds. Requirement: Medical nin 15 Tokens apiece
Shiro Tsubasa Karasu (White Raven Wings):
The White Raven Wings are a unique item designed by the Elder utilizing the same biomechanical design as his longevity enhancements. The Wings are stored in a Fuinjutsu seal along the back when they are not in use. When released the device absorbs, ambient energy, channels and funnels chakra, and acts as a battery by storing them into the wings. When the wings are full they glow with a faint sheen.
DF: Allows Flight, -1 to cp maintenance cost (Min of 1). The wings begin with a store of Zero. Each time cp is deducted from a cp pool (That is not the users personal pool) the wings absorb 1 cp (Caps at 30), that may be used by the wearer. (Cp cost from standard pool and wings must be stated when used). The Wings count as a completely separate pool the user can draw from thus can be sealed if targeted or used vice versa.
Flight: 5 rounds, 2 round cd. User is Immune to Melee-Attacks. Special Note: Opponent may Roll a Dex Check to get up close and personal before their attack roll, DC: 30, (Only bonuses to dex added, not to attack/defense) If they succeed they may then make a Melee Attack Roll suffering a -2 to their attack
The Morpheus Claw is a combination device made of fuinjutsu seals and advanced chakra weaponry. It allows the user to better augment his destructive capabilities in a multitude of ways as well as quickening his reflexes through subtle emissions of chakra stimulation through his bodies nervous systems.
PvP: Turns basic taijutsu attacks into large weapon dmg, Grants 1d8 Bonus universal damage. For 3 cp, User can make a additional basic attack or tool use per turn
The Raven of The Ishikawa Massacre ‘The Hunter of Ishikawa”:
The Raven of The Ishikawa Massacre is a creature of Myth and Legend. A immortal being of chakra that hovers on the edges of battlefields and wars feeding on the pain, suffering, sorrow, and agony of the lost and damned. The tale warns that those who glimpse the raven can descend into madness and insanity.
The seal itself binds the Raven to the users skin. When it is invoked it unleashes the creature to do the users bidding. Even at a resting state it affords protection and defenses of a sort.
