.:: HISTORY ::.
Kurai is a young Assassin. Taken from his family at birth and placed in 'S.T.R.I.K.E Program'. A special program that is classified in the Kumogakure Records, only accessible by ANBU and ANBU equivelant. Few people know about it other than that, one being the current Raikage. The S.T.R.I.K.E Program (Secular Training Regimen and Intuitive Killing Emotions) is a program that was kept under major wraps, not told to by any other than those who needed to know, that would take four children at birth and raise them together as a family, before forcing them to kill eachother. Or be killed.

Kurai never once set foot in the Kumogakure academy. His academy instructions were given to him inside the S.T.R.I.K.E program, where he was raised in secrecy. He was present though for what they assumed would be the best possible timing of graduation, faded in as if he had been there the entire time. His graduating class still doesn't know who he is.

Void Walker The strongest ability in the Kekkai Genkai is the ability to move rapidly through the shadows, so much so that it's rumored there is another world created, one they call the void. It is difficult to see the movements of the ones who use this and even more difficult to stop them. Essence of the Void Continuously throughout life the chosen child will be gifted with the ability to draw energy from the void rapidly, healing them with great ease and restoring their energy and health to plentiful amounts whenever needed. Void Assassin The user of this technique has delved further into the void than previously thought possible, able to now manipulate it and draw the void into the real world to assist them in their endeavours. With this technique, the user can cause a series of damaging strikes quickly and without relenting, ontop of being able to hide back in their void power after the assault is over.
PvP Effects: Kurai can make a hide roll after landing a successful Kenjutsu strike on someone for 7 CP up to a maximum of four additional times a fight, though loses his sneak attack bonus after the first.
Head Hunter One of the major abilities that was only aided by the training from Kumogakure. This ability was actually trained into the user, forcing them to become relentless and a high priority assassin, as well as giving them a heightened ability at learning attacks with his blade. The user activates this by fueling chakra into their brain, causing them to slow the process of fighting down in their eyes. PvP Effect: +10 to Kenjutsu learning rolls and the user can pay 5 CP to gain +2/3/4 to attack (scaling with Rank) and +1d4 damage. Maintenance is 2 cp/round (Minimum 1)
Kenjutsu Specialist:
Kenjtusu Specialist Someone whom has focused in training their Kenjutsu to perfection, they are masters of the art of kenjutsu, able to wield their blades to the best degree to none else can even compete.
Universal: Suffer no Weapon Penalties, Suffer Duel Wield Penalties Normally, As well, Gaining a +10 to Learning Rolls for Kenjutsu, and all those that they Teach Kenjutsu gains a +6 to their Learning Rolls. Academy Student: +0 to Dexterity/Strength Rolls, +1 DR vs. HP Dmg, +5 HP, +1 to Kenjutsu Damage Rolls. Genin: +1 to Dexterity/Strength Rolls, +1 DR vs. HP Dmg, +10 HP, +1d4 to Kenjutsu Damage Rolls. Chunin: +2 to Dexterity/Strength Rolls, +2 DR vs. HP Dmg, +15 HP, +1d6 to Kenjutsu Damage Rolls. Jounin: +3 to Dexterity/Strength Rolls, +3 DR vs. HP Dmg, +20 HP, +1d8 to Kenjutsu Damage Rolls.
Jewel of the Void A jewel that has been passed down through Kurai's family for generations. This jewel is said to glow a deep violet color when in the hands of the chosen. When Kurai touched it as a young child, the jewel began to emit a deep violet color and then colided into his wrist, sinking in and bestowing upon him its own powers. These powers enable Kurai to surround himself in a veil of the void when hiding, giving him a profound ability at it. PvP Effect: +50 Hide and +50 Move Silently.
Katana of the Outer Path:
[Katana of the Outer Path] The blade is forged from the bones of a demon from the outer path. Rumored to be only found in Kumogakure. Of course, after such recent successes and ability to control an inhumane ability, the Raikage found it prudent to bestow upon Kurai this blade. It is said to possess the user if they are not strong enough, forcing them to kill repeatedly, friends, foes. Everyone. But when wielded by something more monstrous than itself, it is repressed to simply an alter ego that can only be shown should the wielder let it. The blade is a simple enough katana, except that instead of a single blade, there are three. The blunt sides stick inwards, while the sharp ends stick outwards, curving into a ferocious tip. It is rumored to splinter demonic chakra inside someone struck by it, which causes their organs to be shredded. [PvP Effect] Three attack rolls are made when striking with this blade. The first to hit deals normal medium weapon damage, the second to hit does heavy weapon damage (This must be a Basic Kenjutsu Strike) and the third hit adds a DoT effect of 1d4+1 bleeding damage that bypasses DR for 1d4 rounds. Kenjutsu bonus damage AND Strength Bonus Damage only apply to the first strike and stuns break on the first hit as per normal. Second strike does not get kenjutsu bonus damage, third strike is only the 1d4+1 DoT damage. Second and third strike MUST be basic kenjutsu strikes.
