| After doing a few fights with Neko I have realized something. Does Neko have to take 3 rounds to reach 2 tails or can he do it in one? |

| I am not seeing anything saying you can't jump straight to two-tails... other than the Law of Shounen Anime saying you never just jump to full power, lol. |

| Doesn't take turn but you can only release 1 tail a turn..
Ex: comes to jinchuuriki turn he release 1 tail and attack... Opponents turn ... Comes to jinchuurikis turn release second tail, attack |

| Yeah I thought something was up with that. Hear that Neko! releasing your cloak of kitty tails can release faster. |

I'm having trouble seeing it and it's kind of unclear... plus we have canon evidence showing otherwise. |

| When we wrote the rules before you lot were dms here, it was intended for any tail at any time, so you can release 4 tails at a time if you wanted, still taking the dmg and cp costs in full. |

| I'm ruling that you can release however many you want where nessessary because it was never actually written in. |

| It has always been, since the start. No limit on how many tails, but you take the HP and CP Damage or whatever the fuck it has PER TAIL that you release IN THAT single round.
