To learn a jutsu, you must first pick the jutsu you are learning and find a teacher. Following this, you roll a 1d20 of the mod specified (I.E: Dexterity/Strength/Wisdom) then gain a bonus to your roll depending on the jutsu you are learning and how high your specific modifier is. The roll which finishes a gate is not paid, but the completion cp cost is paid instead. Custom Jutsu received from a Bloodline, Clan, or Special Abilities are auto learned if C rank or below. All B through S rank jutsu you must learn through the normal Gate System. CP Regen does not apply to a person when people are training in a jutsu. Bonuses to Stats/Certain Branches count toward Training, -'s to CP Costs Apply when Training (minimum 1), Taijutsu/Kenjutsu get a bonus from DEX or STR, Ninjutsu gets a bonus from WIS, Genjutsu gets a bonus from INT, Fuuinjutsu gets a bonus from, WIS and it is learned with WIS but is preformed with DEX/STR.

The Limitation to Learning Jutsu is As Seen Below
One Jutsu a Day, Three a Day with Admin or Co-Admin Permission, Five Jutsu a Week Maximum

Note(s): Custom Jutsu may be Learned and Taught, or Created. They follow the normal Jutsu Rules and Limits Per Day/Week.
If you roll over for one gate, overflow carries to the next gate.

- Mod 10 to 15: +10 to Learning Rolls
- Mod 16 to 21: +15 to Learning Rolls
- Mod 22 to 25: +20 to Learning Rolls

- Rolling a Natural 19-20: Extra +10 to the Roll
