Contest: Make a squad request between characters of the same village building IC consensus on leader, squad members and so on in game. Writing up the application ICly and have it as a letter sent in. Squad must be cohesive and have an idea of how they would work best together for their village. Successful apps become squads and each player gets 25 tokens while only one needs to submit. Formed squads are encouraged to try and log in around the same time to play when available
