So! Here's your contest, what happens is that you submit standards of each element, 2 tokens a Jutsu up to 20 tokens of standards, and up to a maximum of.. INFINITTYYYY! Of approved standards. Although, let me tell you a warning. We need new functions, new flavors, new stuff. So no copy pasting PvP! Think of something special! Go!

[RAITON : LION RAVAGER]
Jutsu Type: Raiton Ninjutsu
Rank: B
CP Cost: 8
RP Effect: After creating handseals, the user manipulates the particles in the air and supercharges them, forming a creature made entirely of lightning, taking the shape of a lion. As this lion forms, it dashes at the target with extreme speeds, making it impossible to evade without additional assistance. Upon impacting with the target, their muscles tend to become much weaker, not decreasing their speed, but decreasing their damage ouput.
PvP Effect: 2d10 + 1d6 damage. On hit, target takes -1d6 to damage rolls for 1d4+1 rounds. (Stacks up to -2d6. Duration does not stack.)
Special : Undodgeable, unless target is using Flicker.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: B Rank, Chuunin rank required.

[DOTON : QUICKSAND]
Jutsu Type: Doton Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 5
RP Effect: After the Doton user makes the required seven handseals, they manipulate the ground beneath a target's feet, and turns it into a very 'sticky' sand, as they start to get sucked in beneath. Eventually, if left alone, the sand begins to cover them, and suffocates them, before it spits them out.
PvP Effect: 1d4 rounds stunned or until hit. If they don't escape before the end of the duration, it deals 2d8 damage, bypassing DR.
Special : May escape via Str vs Wis. May evade damage via Con vs Wis.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: C Rank

[SUITON : NEEDLE RAIN]
Jutsu Type: Suiton Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 4 +1/target
RP Effect: By manipulating their suiton affinity, the user can create a small storm cloud above their targets, and allow it to rain needle-sharp rain, as it pierces armor and even has a chance of paralyzing those it strikes a pressure point to. Very useful for beginner suiton users.
PvP Effect: Senbon rules, AoE.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: C Rank

[MEDICAL : CHAKRA PURGE]
Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu
Rank: B
CP Cost: 6 + 1/target
RP Effect: By using their medical knowledge, the user generates a massive pulse of healing chakra, that immediately cleanses the bodies of their allies. This removes effects such as poisons, or heals temporary cellular destruction caused by burns or ice. It requires a long time of study, and due to such, no one short of Chuunin rank has ever mastered this technique.
PvP Effect: Removes all debuffs from up to 4 allies. (Debuffs include poison, fire damage DoT, Ice damage DoT/Negatives to rolls, etc.)
Note : Does not remove effects such as Cellular Damage Point effects, Blind Point effects, Fuuinjutsu effects.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: B Rank, Chuunin rank required.

[MEDICAL : CHAKRA DISRUPTION]
Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 5
RP Effect: By manipulating their knowledge of the chakra system, the user can, upon a touch, disrupt the target's chakra flow, making it extremely difficult to use chakra without increasing the amount lost. It has a low rank for its type, however to learn it is incredibly difficult, causing it to be taught as a B rank.
PvP Effect: Dex vs Defense. Target uses 1d3 more Cp on all jutsu types.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: B Rank

[INTON : SHADOW PRISON]
Jutsu Type: Inton Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 5 + 2/round
RP Effect: After manipulating the shadows to their will, they cling them to their target, creating a large shell of pure shadows. Within this shell, the victim falls prey to nightmarish images or their worst fears, giving them a horrible shock when they escape from it. Of course, the user must remain in contact with this dark sphere, but upon exiting, the target seems uneven as their nightmares assault them, even after exiting.
PvP Effect: 1d4 rounds held or until hit. User remains in contact and breaking contact, or being hit, ends the effect prematurely. When the effect is ended, the target suffers -1d2 to attack/defense rolls for the duration they were held.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: C Rank

[YOTON : ANGEL'S ASCENSION]
Jutsu Type: Yoton Ninjutsu
Rank: B
CP Cost: 8
RP Effect: After creating the handseals, the user bonds their chakra with their light affinity, and creates a bright beam that sears through the victim from the sky. In appearance, it looks more like that of an angel giving their gift unto a human, however in actuality, the beam of light burns the flesh of the target, causing them to feel a terrible burning sensation. Doesn't seem to do much immediate pain, so much as it does harm them and cause their bodies to be slightly weaker.
PvP Effect: 1d6 damage and -1d4 to attack/defense rolls over 1d4+1 rounds.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: B Rank

[KATON : WREATH OF FLAME]
Jutsu Type: Katon Ninjutsu
Rank: B
CP Cost: 6+2/round
RP Effect: After handsealing, the user forms a cloak of bright flames around themselves. It doesn't harm themselves, but anyone that touches them would burn slightly, as well as it seems to become resistant towards other elemental damages, aside from water.
PvP Effect: For 1d4+1 rounds, melee-range attackers take 1d6 return damage, and user gains 1d4+1 DR vs all elements other than water. Becomes immune to C rank and below fire jutsu.
Note : DR is rolled for each attack, it is not static DR.

Jutsu Type: Raiton Ninjutsu

RP Effect: After creating handseals, the user movements are followed by a dull hum and arcs of lightning streaming off towards metallic or wet objects they get close to.
PvP Effect: for 1d4+1 rounds; +1d6 lightning damage to Taijutsu/Kenjutsu rolls, -10 hide/Move silently rolls
Special Combo CONDUCTIVE TIDES: Anyone in the fight whose been hit by a water based technique (Friend or foe) also takes the bonus electrical damage, if the battle field is currently a water source (Ex: Suiton: Large Puddle technique) everyone takes 1d4 hp damage each round at the start of the user's turn.
Special Defense GROUNDING CURRENT: Any DR granted by an Earth based jutsu is increased by 2 against this technique.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: B Rank, Chuunin rank required.

[DOTON : PRISON KILN]
Jutsu Type: Doton Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 5
RP Effect: Chakra infused earth matter rises from the ground and wraps the target in a tight fitting box without any room to move or air holes to breath.
PVP: Target is stunned for 1d4 rounds or until hit.
Special Combo SLOW BAKE: If the target of Prison Kiln is hit by a fire element jutsu the victim suffers and additional 2d6 damage.
Special Combo MUDDY RESTRAINT: If the target of Prison Kiln is hit by a water based technique they are instantly released however they suffer a -3 to Str/Dex rolls for 1d4 rounds due to the muddy remains of the earth technique weighing them down.

[KATON : FLAME JET]
Jutsu Type: Katon Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 6
RP Effect: The user preforms a quick seal and releases the fire element through their legs causing a local explosion helping the user dodge with disastrous results.
PvP Effect: Used in place of a dodge, The user dodges as normal but with a +1 bonus and also inflicts 1d6 fire damage to other's in the fight.

[KATON : FORGE'S TOUCH]
Jutsu Type: Katon Ninjutsu
Rank: B
CP Cost: 6+2/round
RP Effect: After handsealing, any metallic objects the wielder touches glow red hot as if straight from the forge.
PvP Effect: For 1d4+1 rounds, the user gains + 1d4 + ninjutsu bonus damage to kenjutsu/tool damage.
Special rules EXTINGUISH: If the user is hit by a wind technique the on of this jutsu ends.
Special rules STEAM ESCAPE: If user of this technique is hit by a Water based technique the area is covered with steam granting everyone in the fight the ability to make a stealth roll.

[FUUTON : REVERSE THRUST!]
Jutsu Type: Fuuton Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 10
RP Effect: By manipulating their Fuuton affinity, the user can create a small back wind recalling ranged weapons they have thrown launching them back toward the missed target.
PvP Effect: Free action after the user misses with thrown weapons (Kunai, Shuriken, Senbon, etc.) they can re-try the attack roll as a free action the following round with a -4 penalty to the roll. If the tools hit they do not gain any bonus strength damage.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: C Rank

[FUUTON : COMPULSORY EVACUATION JUTSU]
Jutsu Type: Fuuton Ninjutsu
Rank: B
CP Cost: 15
RP Effect: After eight seals the user claps their hands together resulting in a massive gale blowing everyone in the fight air-born and away.
PvP Effect: Anyone hit by the technique is forced roll against an escape check DC is equal to the attack roll or be blown out of the fight. Shinobi can choose to remain in the fight by treating themselves as stunned for 2 rounds summons, clones, and puppets arn't so lucky.

Change of Hearts
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu
Rank: B
CP Cost: 8
RP Effect: This subtle genjutsu slightly alters the point of view of the target for a brief duration. The lingering genjutsu can hold on for days, but could just aswell fade in seconds. The jutsu makes some people attack their own allies.
PvP: Effect: Can be used as a defensive action. When used as a defensive action; Int vs ATK roll. If succes the jutsu/attack is used on an ally.
If used offensively the target is under the influence of this jutsu for 1d4 rounds OR until succes of this jutsu. When target makes an atk move. He rolls 1d6. On 1-3 the target attacks enemy. On 4-6 target attacks an ally. I
Note: If no allies present this genjutsu always fails.
Teaching/Learning Gate system: B-Rank

Shocking Presence
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu
Rank: C
Rp Effect: Target's mind gets warped. Causing him to surge in and out of different emotions. Sometimes the anger makes him hit harder, but less accurate. Sometimes his resolve makes him more accurate but weaker.
PvP: Effect: Jutsu last for 3 rounds. Each round target can roll to ''break free'' as a free action on his turn. Damage does not break this genjutsu
Round 1) Target becomes angry. Gaining -1d4 to rolls for that round. However on hit deals 4 extra damage
Round 2) Target becomes extremely focussed. Gaining +1 to an ATK roll. However he deals 1d8 less damage.
Round 3) Target becomes indifferent. Target cannot counter or make saving actions for other people.
Round x) (if ATKer gets extra rounds from w/e reason) Attacker can chose what round to repeat.

This set of Jutsus focus on one aspect that NNG seems to be lacking- Elemental weaknesses. All of the following jutsu are focused on making the most out of their opponent's elemental weakness.

Doton: Mud Blast
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP: 5
RP: By firing forth a huge blast of mud, the opponent gets covered in mud, which quickly hardens. The attack is highly difficult for Suiton users to defend against, as the mud is already saturated.
PvP: -2 to opponent's attack/defense rolls for 1d4 rounds.
Special: Suiton users get -3 to defend against.

Fuuton: Air Pocket
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP: 5+2 per round maintained
RP: Lightning flows down like a river- it takes the path of least resistance. Using this concept, the user creates a pocket of air in front of them, which will cause any lightning-based attacks to flow and chain around it.
PvP: Raiton Opponents suffer -3 to their attack on the user for 1d4 rounds.

Katon: Burning Winds
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP: 5+2 per round maintained
RP: The user begins to heat the air around the oppoent to an extreme amount. This makes using Fuuton-based attacks very difficult, as the air itself begins to burn him. However, this works as a double-edge sword, and Fuuton attacks also become more dangerous.
PvP: Opponent takes 2 (1d4 vs fuuton user) damage per round for 1d4 rounds.
Special: Opponent's Fuuton attacks gain +1 damage.

Raiton: Charged Earth
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP: 5+ 2 per round maintained
RP: The user begins to charge a large voltage of electricity in the ground. This shocks the opponent with every step he takes. This is highly inconvenient to Doton users, for as they go to attack, their very earth damages them. Unfortunately, this also charges the Doton attacks with Raiton, to make them more dangerous.
PvP: Opponent takes 2 (1d4 vs Doton user) damage per round for 1d4 rounds.
Special: Opponent's Doton attacks gain +1 damage.


Suiton: Mass Soak
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP: 5+2 per round maintained
RP: The user summons forth a massive ball of water, then sprays it out in every direction, soaking the battlefield. This becomes a massive problem for Raiton users, as everything becomes wet, therefore making it difficult to set anything on fire.
PvP: Katon users take -4 to their attacks for 1d4 rounds.
