Jutsu Type: Raiton Ninjutsu

RP Effect: After creating handseals, the user manipulates the particles in the air and supercharges them, forming a creature made entirely of lightning, taking the shape of a lion. As this lion forms, it dashes at the target with extreme speeds, making it impossible to evade without additional assistance. Upon impacting with the target, their muscles tend to become much weaker, not decreasing their speed, but decreasing their damage ouput.
PvP Effect: 2d10 + 1d6 damage. On hit, target takes -1d6 to damage rolls for 1d4+1 rounds. (Stacks up to -2d6. Duration does not stack.)
Special : Undodgeable, unless target is using Flicker.

[DOTON : QUICKSAND]
Jutsu Type: Doton Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 5
RP Effect: After the Doton user makes the required seven handseals, they manipulate the ground beneath a target's feet, and turns it into a very 'sticky' sand, as they start to get sucked in beneath. Eventually, if left alone, the sand begins to cover them, and suffocates them, before it spits them out.
PvP Effect: 1d4 rounds stunned or until hit. If they don't escape before the end of the duration, it deals 2d8 damage, bypassing DR.
Special : May escape via Str vs Wis. May evade damage via Con vs Wis.

[SUITON : NEEDLE RAIN]
Jutsu Type: Suiton Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 4 +1/target
RP Effect: By manipulating their suiton affinity, the user can create a small storm cloud above their targets, and allow it to rain needle-sharp rain, as it pierces armor and even has a chance of paralyzing those it strikes a pressure point to. Very useful for beginner suiton users.
PvP Effect: Senbon rules, AoE.

[MEDICAL : CHAKRA PURGE]
Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu
Rank: B
CP Cost: 6 + 1/target
RP Effect: By using their medical knowledge, the user generates a massive pulse of healing chakra, that immediately cleanses the bodies of their allies. This removes effects such as poisons, or heals temporary cellular destruction caused by burns or ice. It requires a long time of study, and due to such, no one short of Chuunin rank has ever mastered this technique.
PvP Effect: Removes all debuffs from up to 4 allies. (Debuffs include poison, fire damage DoT, Ice damage DoT/Negatives to rolls, etc.)
Note : Does not remove effects such as Cellular Damage Point effects, Blind Point effects, Fuuinjutsu effects.

RP Effect: By manipulating their knowledge of the chakra system, the user can, upon a touch, disrupt the target's chakra flow, making it extremely difficult to use chakra without increasing the amount lost. It has a low rank for its type, however to learn it is incredibly difficult, causing it to be taught as a B rank.
PvP Effect: Dex vs Defense. Target uses 1d3 more Cp on all jutsu types.

[INTON : SHADOW PRISON]
Jutsu Type: Inton Ninjutsu
Rank: C
CP Cost: 5 + 2/round
RP Effect: After manipulating the shadows to their will, they cling them to their target, creating a large shell of pure shadows. Within this shell, the victim falls prey to nightmarish images or their worst fears, giving them a horrible shock when they escape from it. Of course, the user must remain in contact with this dark sphere, but upon exiting, the target seems uneven as their nightmares assault them, even after exiting.
PvP Effect: 1d4 rounds held or until hit. User remains in contact and breaking contact, or being hit, ends the effect prematurely. When the effect is ended, the target suffers -1d2 to attack/defense rolls for the duration they were held.

[YOTON : ANGEL'S ASCENSION]
Jutsu Type: Yoton Ninjutsu

CP Cost: 8
RP Effect: After creating the handseals, the user bonds their chakra with their light affinity, and creates a bright beam that sears through the victim from the sky. In appearance, it looks more like that of an angel giving their gift unto a human, however in actuality, the beam of light burns the flesh of the target, causing them to feel a terrible burning sensation. Doesn't seem to do much immediate pain, so much as it does harm them and cause their bodies to be slightly weaker.
PvP Effect: 1d6 damage and -1d4 to attack/defense rolls over 1d4+1 rounds.

[KATON : WREATH OF FLAME]
Jutsu Type: Katon Ninjutsu
Rank: B
CP Cost: 6+2/round
RP Effect: After handsealing, the user forms a cloak of bright flames around themselves. It doesn't harm themselves, but anyone that touches them would burn slightly, as well as it seems to become resistant towards other elemental damages, aside from water.
PvP Effect: For 1d4+1 rounds, melee-range attackers take 1d6 return damage, and user gains 1d4+1 DR vs all elements other than water. Becomes immune to C rank and below fire jutsu.
Note : DR is rolled for each attack, it is not static DR.
