Character Re-Make: 10 Tokens (Character De-leveled to level 1, all Stats lwoered to base 8. Refunded For all Stat/Bloodlines/Clan/Ability/Item/Tool Purchases that they dont wish to trasnfer, and all tokens/Transferred things are Placed on the newly crated PC. New PC si leveled up to original level.)
